Jewellery Operations Manager to work for our client in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:

- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains store staff job results.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements requirements.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
-Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities.
-Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
-Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Provide direct management oversight for Jewelry Catalogers in all offices

requirements:

-Must have Jewellery/Luxury/Accessories industry background
-Should have experience in managing multiple stores
-Must be Proficient in Team Management

Package:

Salary: AED30,000 to AED35,000 /month + incentives
